For an order question
Include the order number, the email used for the purchase, and what you need help with. If an item arrived damaged or the selection is incorrect, include a photo of the item and packaging so we can see the issue.
For an order placed on QwikFishing.com, mention that site as well as the order number. The standalone SGB store and the marketplace have different shipping offers; identifying the store helps us check the correct order details.
For a product question
Tell us the profile, size, and color you are considering. If you are trying to match a jig, trailer hook, or finesse rig, include those details. A photo of the hardware can help explain the fit question.
