The craft behind the bait
The So Good Hand-Poured Difference
The color, the feel, the little details. Those are the things we enjoy getting right.

It starts with a color
Pick up a Black Cherry bait and it looks deep black at first. Turn it in the sunlight and the fine red flake shows itself. A+ Watermelon does something different: two sizes of red flake against a familiar watermelon base. Pearly Shad brings white and pearl together with a little gold and silver.
That is the interesting part of working with these colors. The base gives you one impression, then the flake and pearl add another as the light changes. The size of the flake matters just as much as its color. A fine sparkle and a larger flash can give the same base a different character.
We put care into those combinations. Green Pumpkin Black has that familiar, easy-to-reach-for look. Mimic has blue and gold tucked into an opaque black base. You can get to know a color by looking at it a little closer, and we like giving you something worth that second look.

Then comes the pour
Once the color is ready, each bait is poured by hand into its mold. One bait at a time. There is something satisfying about seeing that mixture take the shape of a bait you know you will fish.
The shapes have their own details: the sweep of a grub's tail, the broad claws on a Chunk, the slender, flat outline of a Reaper. Those are the parts you notice when you pick one up and start thinking about the rig it belongs on.
We work with a softer plastic blend because we like the feel and movement it gives these profiles. A thin tail or an appendage can respond to a small movement of the rig. The OG So Good scent blend is part of the bait as well.

From our hands to your line
The next part belongs to you: threading it onto a hook, pairing it with a jig, or letting it settle beside a piece of cover. A simple shape, a color you like, and a little movement can give you plenty to work with.
That is what we want you to find in a So Good bait. Something you enjoy looking at, like the feel of, and want to put on your line.
