The store and your order
These terms apply to purchases through the So Good Baits standalone store, operated by EcomQwik. Review your selected products, delivery details, and total before submitting payment. A saved cart does not reserve merchandise or create a paid order.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Use the order confirmation and order number when asking for help with a purchase. Contact us promptly to request an order change; changes depend on whether the order has already been processed or shipped.
Profiles, colors, and bait counts
The selected profile, named color, and stated pack count define the product choice. Images may show earlier pack quantities. Photography, light, and your screen can affect how color and flake appear.
Each bait is hand-poured individually. Small visual variations can occur; this does not change the profile, named color, or number of baits ordered. Contact us if an item appears defective or does not match the selection.
Prices and quantity discounts
Standard bags are $10.99 each for 1–3, $10.49 each for 4–9, and $9.99 each for 10 or more. Standard bags combine across profiles and colors. The qualifying price applies to every standard bag in the cart.
Bulk packs are $23.99 for 30 baits and $43.99 for 60. Bulk does not count toward standard-bag quantity breaks. Applicable shipping and tax are separate from product prices; the cart shows shipping and checkout shows applicable tax.
Shipping, returns, and customer support
The shipping policy explains our $7.99 / $100+ offer and normal 1–3-business-day processing window, with up to 7 during busy periods. Carrier transit follows processing.
The returns policy provides the 30-day window for resellable merchandise and instructions for refunds or order problems. Contact So Good Baits before returning merchandise or for help with a purchase.
