The 3.75-inch Reaper occupies the middle of the leech-style group. Pick it when the 2.5-inch Reaper feels too short for your hook or desired outline, but the 4.25-inch Leech adds more length than you need. The difference is a practical size choice within a similarly restrained presentation.
On a drop shot, think about the body you want held above bottom. On a jig head, also account for how much body the keeper occupies. A correctly fitted hook leaves the flat tail available to move without making a small bait carry an oversized piece of hardware.
